Strategic Partners (Distinctive Experience in Property Management)
JALINAR
For the first 25 years of JALINAR’s existence, Alain Lellouche focused its operations on housing and health services in private and specialized institutions and on the organization of the life environment of workers in remote areas. In partnership with “Compagnie Générale de Santé”, it founded in 1992 the “Générale des services de santé NA” (GSS). GSS in turn, bought out “Groupe Champlain” and created the “Résidences Champlain” banner. In 1998, the “Caisse de Dépôt et de Placement du Québec” (CDPQ) acquired an interest in GSS, which employed over 1,600 Quebec residents in senior care centers, home care environments, and retirement homes. Under Benoit Lellouche’s management, “Résidences Champlain” managed 5,800 apartments in 25 different projects.
